GIOLABS is an immersive digital art center and art tech laboratory within the GRIDX complex in Luxembourg. It focuses on XR, immersive environments and blockchain based art, combining exhibitions, research, prototyping and public programming across cultural, artistic and technological disciplines. XR is a core pillar of GIOLABS’ strategy and programming. It is integrated across exhibitions, commissions, research and public events, rather than treated as a standalone format. GIOLABS uses XR to explore new forms of storytelling, audience engagement and artistic production, bridging digital art, immersive environments and emerging technologies.

Total area: 1,200 m², ceiling height 4–8 m (volume 6,000–7,000 m³).

The venue offers several modular spaces:

  • Main Immersive Room
    (450 m², 8 m, XR and immersive cinema)
  • Business Room (180 m², 4.5 m, presentations and B2B)
  • Mini Experimental Room (120 m², XR and prototyping)
  • On Chain Gallery (200 m², blockchain and digital art)
  • Multifunctional Areas (250 m²)

All spaces are reconfigurable and suitable for XR formats, including immersive video, real-time engines, interactive installations, mixed reality experiences, and hybrid physical-digital exhibitions.
