JEF brings quality children’s and youth films to Flemish theatres and streaming platforms as a distributor, for screenings in school and leisure time. JEF develops educational material, workshops and trainings. JEF stimulates film and game literacy among children and young people with projects such as Film in Hospital, GAME ON, Ket & Doc and Focus French Film. JEF organizes the yearly Youth Film Festival Antwerp & on tour and presents youth films, games and audiovisual experiments. XR holds an essential place within the festival: all XR projects that are suitable for a young audience can be presented during the event.
